Export requests

Users can ask for an export of account, property, tenancy, compliance, reminder, activity, and document metadata. Document file exports should be handled securely and may require identity checks.

Deletion requests

Users can ask for account and portfolio deletion. Some records may need to be retained for security, audit, legal defence, fraud prevention, accounting, or service integrity where allowed by law.

Correction requests

Users can correct most property, tenancy, reminder, and document metadata inside the product. Support should be able to help where a record cannot be edited directly.

Tenant and third-party data

Landlords are responsible for having a lawful basis for storing tenant or contractor information in Tenurely. If a tenant contacts Tenurely about their data, we may need to coordinate with the landlord account owner.

Private beta process

During private beta, data-rights requests should be sent to the support contact listed by the business. Before public launch, this page should include the final support email, response times, and controller details.
