What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored on your device by a website or app. Similar technologies can also store or access information on your device, such as local storage, tracking pixels, or scripts.

How Tenurely uses cookies today

Tenurely currently uses a strictly necessary session cookie called tenurely_session. This cookie keeps users signed in, protects access to landlord accounts, and helps ensure each user can only access the records they are authorised to see.

Strictly necessary cookies

Strictly necessary cookies are required for the service to work. Tenurely does not ask for consent before setting these cookies because the app cannot provide secure account access without them.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

Tenurely does not currently use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, heatmaps, or similar non-essential tracking technologies. If we introduce non-essential cookies or similar technologies later, we will update this policy and add a consent choice where required.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies using your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of Tenurely may not work properly, including login and secure account access.

Third-party websites

Tenurely may link to third-party websites, such as social media pages or partner websites. Those sites may use their own cookies and similar technologies. Their cookie practices are controlled by those third parties, not Tenurely.

Changes to this policy

We will review this policy when the product changes, especially before adding analytics, advertising, referral tracking, embedded media, or other technologies that may store or access information on a user device.
